Iwang Terms and Conditions – Complete User Platform Guide

1 Introduction & Scope of Agreement

Iwang is an online gaming platform operating under the terms of this agreement. By accessing or using our platform via iwang.vu or our mobile app, you automatically agree to be bound by all applicable terms, conditions, privacy policies, and guidelines.

This agreement is complete and comprehensive. Any verbal agreements, unwritten guarantees, or representations made by any party claiming to represent iwang shall not supersede or amend the terms in this document unless agreed to in writing by iwang management.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use the iwang platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gaming platforms in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Maintain only one active account on the iwang platform at any time.

Iwang reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account freeze.

3 Registration & Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action, unless you have reported unauthorized access to iwang support within 24 hours of the incident.

• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You must notify iwang of any changes to your account information.
• Sharing your account with any other individual is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

All deposits must come from a legitimate financial source in your own name. iwang does not accept third-party deposits. Accepted payment methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow, and local bank transfers.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 for most payment methods.
• Deposited funds are credited to your account within 3–15 minutes depending on the selected method.
• Iwang does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits.
• If you experience an unusual delay with a deposit, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
• Iwang reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering procedures.

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your iwang account. This is a standard security measure to prevent fraud and ensure your funds reach you only.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours on business days.
• VIP members enjoy priority withdrawal processing in under 30 minutes.
• Iwang does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Any charges imposed by the receiving financial institution are beyond our control.
• Iwang reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for security review purposes and will notify you within 48 hours.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by iwang are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page before you confirm acceptance of any offer.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user.
• All bonuses have a stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any balance derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Iwang reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or gameplay that contradicts the spirit of the promotion.
• Using multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses is considered fraud and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

7 General Game Rules

All games on the iwang platform use an independently certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system. Game results are final and cannot be amended once a round or hand is completed, unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, any unresolved bets will be returned to your account.

8 Inactive Account

An account is considered inactive after no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months. Inactive accounts are subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM5 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

• You will receive an email notification 30 days before your account is classified as inactive.
• To reactivate an inactive account, log in and contact customer support for identity verification.
• Depleted inactive account balances cannot be restored.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

• Multiple account ownership.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or manipulate game outcomes.
• Actions that compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of final identity verification, subject to no outstanding claims.

10 Platform Liability Limit

While iwang strives to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted service due to technical factors, necessary maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Iwang is not liable for any losses resulting from unavoidable service disruptions.
• We are not responsible for failures of your personal device, internet connection, or any third-party software you use.
• Iwang's maximum liability in any situation is limited to the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
• Iwang is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum loss amount you are comfortable with over a given period.
